I have to say, Lawrence was exceptional at his role his attention to me as the customer, then extension to that my daughter and anyone else that I introduced him to. He asked questions and kept asking if there was anything more that he could do he was attentive and head was completely in the game. I will definitely recommend your company thank you your service made the experience super easy. When we do anything like this again or if anything comes up from a business perspective, I will certainly recommend you. Jack and his team at Ruby Reign were amazing at my 60th and daughter's 30th joint birthday party. We chose 4 of our favourite cocktails and the guys mixed and served them along with running the bar. They were great fun, super efficient and left our kitchen clean and the dishwasher loaded! Our guests loved having their cocktails made - it really added something extra to our party. Thank you! We booked The Ruby Reign team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Throughout the whole process, Jack, Mika, and the entire team were fantastic. During the planning stages, Jack was incredibly helpful when making decisions for the day. It was such a relief having someone with so much wedding experience to guide us through everything, while still really listening to our vision and what we wanted. I must have called him about 50 times during the planning process, and he was always available or made time to answer any of my questions. The day itself went off without a hitch. Jack and Mika were kind, calm, welcoming, and professional. We had 130 guests and an open bar, and the team handled everything effortlessly. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough — they offer an extremely professional, bespoke service tailored to your needs, and at a very reasonable price (which is always appreciated when planning a wedding!). Ruby Reign Events ran the bar for a family party and were exceptional! They really personalised the event to the family and made people feel really special. The drinks were amazing and the smoky cocktails were a real hit! The bar staff were great, having mixologists was really popular…

They were absolutely amazing! We hired three hospitality staff to run our bar and help serve canapés. We weren’t able to meet them as our ceremony time was when they arrived but they followed our instructions to a T. They were super friendly, fun, and made sure no one’s drink was empty! Could not recommend them enough!

Dan and his team were present for my wedding and honestly, I don't think the weekend would've ran as smoothly as it did without them! From the moment we jumped on our kick off call with Dan, him and his team were always professional, helpful, punctual and paid attention to every detail we gave them.
